1. Within seven days of receiving your order, we will exchange defective merchandise. No refunds and credits. If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. RMA number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
2. Please email and request RMA number for exchanging. Items returned without RMA number will not be accepted.
3. After seven days of delivery please contact manufacturer directly.
